Welcome to the Arizona Pastel Artists Association website. We are a membership of talented amateur and professional artists throughout Arizona. We seek to promote artistic skills as well as public awareness and appreciation of the medium of soft pastel.
Soft pastels are made from pure powdered pigment. They reflect light like a prism. No other medium has the same power to represent color in its purest and most brilliant form.
